Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, split systems, and refrigeration components
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues with precision and efficiency
Recommend and sell system upgrades, maintenance plans, and ancillary solutions to meet client needs
Deliver clear communication and provide top-tier customer service to commercial clients
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of commercial HVAC service/ repairs and sales experience
Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration
Experience in recommending and selling ancillary solutions, such as energy efficiency upgrades and indoor air quality products
EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry advancements
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
