Commercial HVAC Mechanic | Harford County, MD

Are you an experienced HVAC Technician who thrives in multiple market environments? Do you have hands-on experience working with commercial, industrial, refrigeration, and restaurant HVAC systems? Our client is looking for a skilled technician to join a growing, locally-owned service provider.

Our client offers full-service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions. Proudly serving a diverse portfolio including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and restaurant customers. Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial, and restaurant settings.
Preventative Care: Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Technical Repairs: Repair or replace parts, compressors, motors, and other components as needed.
Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Consultation: Educate customers on system operations, maintenance tips, and energy efficiency improvements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, including parts used, time spent, and work completed.
Safety: Follow all safety standards, local codes, and company procedures at all times.
