About the Role

This position plays a key hands‑on role in supporting the overall reliability of our manufacturing site. You will perform essential maintenance and operational tasks related to building systems and utilities, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely. Your work will include supporting inspections, assisting with repairs, and helping maintain a safe, efficient, and dependable work environment for the entire facility. The ideal candidate should reside in the Dover, DE area or be comfortable commuting to the location. Monday to Friday schedule 10AM to 6:30PM

What You Will Do

• Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

•  Operate andmaintainplant HVAC systems (e.g.air conditioning, refrigeration,humidification,heating) air dryers,boilers,vacuum, fire protection,and plumbing/sewage systems.

• Operate andmaintainplantCompressed air systems(e.g.Rotary Screw,Centrifugal,Desiccantdryers)

• Initiate requisitions for replacement parts.

• Respond to all types of maintenance and plant emergencies during normal and non-work hours.

• Available to be on the Emergency On-Call Rotation

Who You Are

• High-school degree

• Universal Refrigeration EPA License.

• Requires knowledge sufficient to deal with complicated and involved mechanical,electricalor other involved problems including complete programming, troubleshooting, and repair of controllers used on computerized equipment.

• Completion of a technical apprenticeship or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or building services.

• Five years minimum experiencein HVAC Maintenance and Repair Field

• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Good mathematical and computer skills

• Team player

• Attention to detail

• Able to perform regular physical tasks such as lifting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay: $30.49 per hour + full benefits. Compensation increases after successful completion of on-the-job training.
