The Mechanical Apprentice will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in servicing and maintaining boilers and related equipment.
• Change and install commercial water heaters and indirect storage tanks.
• Replace corroded piping and old isolation valves to maintain system integrity.
• Safely change and install gas lines on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and assist in resolving mechanical equipment failures.
• Follow the International Mechanical Code and company standards during all tasks.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper handling of heavy equipment.
• Move and position storage tanks safely using approved methods.
• Collaborate with the HVAC division when required for cross-functional tasks.
• Follow directions from the immediate supervisor and work effectively within a team.
