In this role, you’ll represent Moss Heating and Cooling in local neighborhoods—engaging with residents, promoting our services, and generating interest in seasonal tune-ups, energy-efficient upgrades, and free consultations.Key Responsibilities
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners face-to-face
- Educate residents about Moss Heating and Cooling’s services and promotions
- Generate leads by collecting basic homeowner information
- Schedule in-home estimates or inspections when appropriate
- Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude
- Accurately track and report lead activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Dependable, with reliable transportation
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful, but not required—we provide training
