• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing training, guidance, and support as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that meet their needs and maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
• Prepare and manage the HVAC department's budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, implementing new practices as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to HVAC.
• Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
