HVAC Parts Runner & Warehouse Support (Entry-Level with Clear Path to Technician)

Morgan Pro Services is a locally owned company specializing in HVAC, electrical, and remodeling services across the Houston metro area. We're looking for a motivated, reliable HVAC Parts Runner to join our team and begin a hands-on career in the trades.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn the HVAC industry from the ground up and advance into a full Service Technician role.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required)

What You'll Do
- Deliver parts and equipment to installation and service teams on job sites
- Maintain an organized warehouse and track inventory levels
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general shop support
- Help technicians and installers as needed in the field and warehouse
- Provide excellent support to keep projects running smoothly
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn the trade
Preferred
- Previous construction or trade experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with HVAC parts or supply houses
- HVAC Technical School Certificate (a big plus)
