Job Description

A well-established local Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill a HVAC/Plumbing Multifamily Designer position working on large projects. Qualifications:

3 + years experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing design
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering prefered (or demonstrated equivalent experience in related HVAC/Plumbing field).
Design-Buiild
Experience in a variety of project types
Must work well in a team environment
Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
HVAC, Plumbing and Piping experience
AutoCAD and Revit experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Good Time management, Verbal and written communication skills are a must
Team Player
