Job Description

HVAC/Plumbing Manager

We are looking for a HVAC/Plumbing Manager to join our growing Team.

Job Summary: To manage the HVAC and Plumbing operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the HVAC and Plumbing department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all HVAC and Plumbers are properly trained. The HVAC/Plumbing Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.

Pay Range: $126k-$137k- Depending on Experience

Qualifications Desired:

3-5 years HVAC and Plumbing experience required
Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
High School Diploma
Valid driver's license
Computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Organized
Advanced customer service skills

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Plumbing License or HVAC Certifications highly desired
