Mechanical contractor looking to add a trustworthy Project Coordinator to their growing team!

Coordination of the HVAC commercial projects.

Essential Functions of Project Coordinator:

Assist with document control for projects as required for management team
Assist in establishing job close-out schedules and implement specific procedures for close-out including submittals of as-builds, O&M manuals and Owner's training
Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage
Review for compliance with contract documents

Experience of Project Coordinator:

3+ years experience in construction industrys
Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage
Demonstrate an understanding of Codes and regulations associated with HVAC
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify, address and solve job site problems
