Sales experience in any field (HVAC sales preferred, not required)Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include established relationships within commercial construction or property management, experience developing and selling planned maintenance agreements, and strong project management and leadership abilities.
