Commercial HVAC Project Manager (Estimating Growth Opportunity)

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong project management experience who is also interested in growing into estimating responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
Assist with estimating and cost analysis as part of project lifecycle
Support bid preparation and review project scopes and specifications
Maintain clear communication with clients and project teams
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
