Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with technicians and other teams to ensure effective scheduling and allocation of resources.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Handle all project paperwork, including billing, filing, and maintaining accurate records
• Conduct regular meetings with the program administrator to review project status and discuss any updates or changes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with utility companies and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with core office team members and technicians to establish KPIs and maintain efficient project workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent education required; college-level education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a project management role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google spreadsheets, Smartsheets, Dropbox, CRMs such as Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or similar software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Competitive salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus performance based bonuses that can add up to over $100,000 per year commensurate with experience.
