Position Summary
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing residential HVAC projects from kickoff through completion. This role coordinates field teams, manages timelines, and ensures projects meet quality, budget, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of residential HVAC projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during projects
- Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate records, including job documentation and billing details
- Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or HVAC-related work preferred
- Familiarity with project tracking or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in HVAC or skilled trades is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities (total compensation may exceed $100,000)
