Hvac/R Field Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Field Technician position include: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, especially refrigeration and gas foodservice equipment EPA Universal Certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for refrigeration, gas, and kitchen equipment Comfortable working independently, managing service calls, and providing on-site client support Handle 3-5 service calls per day; communicate effectively with clients and dispatch team Basic tools required; specialized tools, parts, and vehicle provided Participate in ongoing quarterly technical training, including occasional travel for manufacturer training Ability to upsell services during B2B client interactions and maintain professional customer service standards Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
