$18 - $30 hourly DOE

This role focuses on the installation of systems within commercial and industrial environments, with an emphasis on supermarket refrigeration projects.

• Install, assemble, and service commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including copper line sets
• Assist in building and installing equipment used in HVAC/R applications
• Identify potential maintenance issues, risks, and safety concerns
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial settings
• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Apply knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Safely operate hand and power tools relevant to the trade
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition
• Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service work
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations
• Adhere to all job site safety requirements and customer guidelines

This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, materials, and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for projects
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver heavy materials (with assistance or equipment as needed)
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow established procedures
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
• Capable of working independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Valid Class E driver’s license preferred
• OSHA certification preferred; required within 60 days of employment
