Daiquiri Deck is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests by maintaining our heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position requires 1-3 years of experience specifically in refrigeration, along with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of HVAC and refrigeration systems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Install new HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks to minimize disruptions to restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working with refrigeration systems in a commercial setting.
- EPA certification required.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
