Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Refrigeration Technician
Job Summary
- Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in the field and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Support a growing team by delivering high-quality work and professional service to clients
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site
- Install HVAC and refrigeration equipment according to specifications
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
- Provide professional customer service at job sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC or refrigeration experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred
- Experience working with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field environments
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $32–$40/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (overtime opportunities available)
- Location: Oxnard, CA
