Position SummaryAs a Residential New Construction Installer, you'll help install HVAC systems in newly built homes while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.You'll work closely with team members, builders, and other trades to help deliver properly installed HVAC systems that meet company standards and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems in residential new construction projects
Install and connect ductwork systems
Read blueprints, layouts, and specifications
Test installed systems to ensure proper operation
Troubleshoot installation issues during projects
Maintain accurate job documentation
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and local code requirements
Communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners
Required Qualifications6+ months of HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC trade school certification
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
Familiarity with HVAC tools and installation practices
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred QualificationsEPA CertificationExperience reading blueprints
Experience in residential new construction environments
