Experienced HVAC Service Technician

AccuAir Heating & Cooling

Central Oregon

$35 - $45 per hour + Full Benefits • Company Vehicle & iPad Provided

AccuAir Heating & Cooling is hiring a skilled Service Technician who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while working with a professional, supportive team.

What You'll Earn

  • $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekends and evenings as needed; on-call rotation required)

What You'll Do

  • Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Deliver high-quality service and build strong customer relationships
  • Work independently while being fully supported by a team that values your expertise
  • Help keep our customers comfortable and satisfied year-round

What You Need

  • Level 3 skill set or higher
  • Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
  • EPA Certification
  • NATE Core Certification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
  • Willingness to invest in your tools and continued training
  • Ability to safely work from ladders and operate power/hand tools

Nice-to-Haves

  • HVAC Tech School certificate
  • Own set of tools for the position
