Residential HVAC Service Technician - La Vernia / San Antonio Area

Diamondback Mechanical Group is looking for a hero to join our team! We are seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain systems in the 78121 and surrounding San Antonio areas.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Experience: 2+ years of HVAC technician or related field experience.
  • Tools: Must have your own hand tools, gauges, meters, leak detector, and manometer.
  • The Right Attitude: A genuine desire to take care of customers and express technical info in "layman's terms."
  • Sales Savvy: While we prioritize repairs, previous sales experience is a big plus.
  • Flexibility: Availability for an on-call rotation to keep our neighbors comfortable.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
