Alber Service Company of Pennsauken, NJ is looking to hire an HVAC In-home Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home energy audits, generate audit reports, and present proposals with recommendations developed through our custom software. This position works a flexible schedule with some Saturdays and evenings required and comes with a salary potential of $80,000 to $120,000. Furthermore, company-supplied leads, a company vehicle, laptop, and sales materials are provided. Additionally, we provide fully-paid training and certifications!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR
As an HVAC In-Home Comfort Advisor, you start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you thoroughly inspect the equipment. Then, you can recommend the appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
To stay at the top of your game, you participate in all required staff meetings and trainings. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about having facilitated more comfortable homes at fair prices for your clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic understanding of home construction
- Relevant HVAC and/or Insulation experience
- Basic MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Previous sales experience is preferred! Certifications such as NATE and BPI as well as knowledge of hydronics is a plus!
