The Opportunity: Comfort Advisor
The Responsibilities:
- Meet with and educate the customer on products and services
- Meet and exceed key performance requirements
- Complete proposals, sales orders, financing and hand-off to Install according to company guidelines
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable experience to win new and repeat business
- Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions

Comfort Advisor Qualifications:
- Competitive nature and drive to win every day
- Willingness to seek success in every situation
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
- An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
