We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians with sales focus for residential service (light repairs) and HVAC system replacement sales. You will provide system options, design recommendations, and financing to homeowners and light commercial clients - while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present system replacement options & upgrades
- Provide clear financing options
- Conduct light repairs / service as needed
- Follow One Hour sales system & ethical selling practices
- Maintain sales margins and revenue targets
- Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and professional
- Respect customer homes - wear floor savers and maintain professionalism
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC trade experience (required)
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong technical competence in HVAC systems
- Clean driving record
- Pass background check & drug screening
