Present system replacement options & upgrades
Provide clear financing options
Conduct light repairs / service as needed
Follow One Hour sales system & ethical selling practices
Maintain sales margins and revenue targets
Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and professional
Respect customer homes — wear floor savers and maintain professionalism

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC trade experience (required)
Sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong technical competence in HVAC systems
Clean driving record
Pass background check & drug screening
