The Opportunity
We are building the next evolution of in-home HVAC sales.
Instead of forcing technicians to become salespeople, our company uses a structured Phone Closing Model where technicians perform diagnostics and gather measurements while a dedicated Sales Closer leads the decision conversation with the homeowner.
As the closer, you step in once the technician has completed diagnostics, review the findings with the homeowner, and guide them through the solution options.
This role combines:
If you can confidently guide homeowners through $5k–$40k+ system decisions, this role provides exceptional earning potential without driving to homes all day.
What You'll Do
You will take over the decision phase of the service call once the technician has completed system diagnostics.
Responsibilities include:
You are essentially the architect of the decision conversation.

Technicians gather the evidence.You interpret the evidence and guide the decision.
You will have:
• technicians performing diagnostics in the home• real measurements and system data• homeowners already engaged in solving a problem
Your job is to connect the dots and lead the decision.
Ideal Candidate
You are a professional closer, not an order taker.
You are comfortable leading high-stakes conversations where homeowners must decide between:
• repair vs replacement• short-term vs long-term solutions• comfort, safety, and financial tradeoffs
You know how to:
• simplify complex technical problems• build trust quickly• handle objections calmly• guide people to decisions without pressure
Experience We Are Looking For
Strong candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
• HVAC comfort advisor / comfort consultant• in-home HVAC sales• high-ticket home services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)• remote or inside closing
Bonus if you have experience with:
• ServiceTitan• HVAC diagnostics• airflow / static pressure conversations• system replacement sales

They don’t rush conversations.

Because of this, they naturally close larger, long-term solutions, not just small repairs.
Top performers in this role typically earn:
$200K – $400K+ annually
Compensation
This role is 100% commission based.
Top closer are compensated based on the value of the solutions they close.
Typical earnings range:
$120,000 – $400,000+
There is no cap on earnings.
High performers closing consistently will see very large upside.
