Job Description

Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Indoor Air Quality is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to join our growing team in McKinney, TX. This is a full-time, commission-only position ideal for an experienced outside sales professional who is confident working directly with homeowners and driven by performance-based earnings.

PAY: Performance-based pay, with top performers earning between $50,000 - $200,000 per year.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven outside sales experience

HVAC knowledge and a professional appearance are a plus.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN HVAC SALES CONSULTANT

In this role, you'll report to a central location, travel to assigned service areas, meet with homeowners, identify comfort needs, and present appropriate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll manage your opportunities from consultation through close while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through.
