Are you a personable, driven, and professional go-getter? Nero Air Conditioning & Heating in North Haven, CT, is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Consultant- In-home Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll meet with customers, provide accurate job estimates, handle administrative duties, and earn up to $110,000+ a year, with commission and bonuses.

NERO AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING: OUR MISSION
We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline. Nero, Inc. is very reliable when it comes to meeting project deadlines and is proud to say that our company has not missed a deadline yet.

YOUR DAY

You listen carefully, answer questions, and present tailored solutions with clarity and honesty. From explaining product benefits to pricing jobs, you ensure every client feels confident in their decision.
You stay sharp by attending team meetings and training sessions and staying updated on the latest industry trends. No two days are alike, and you thrive on the variety, meeting new people, and working in different locations. By day's end, you feel accomplished knowing you've helped homeowners achieve a more comfortable living environment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR HVAC SALES CONSULTANT- IN-HOME COMFORT ADVISOR
- A valid driver's license
- Computer proficiency
- An energetic, goal-driven attitude with top-notch communication skills
- Ability to explain technical info in a way anyone can understand
- Professional demeanor and a knack for building rapport
