Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact HVAC projects and maximize your earning potential? We are seeking an HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Manager in New Hope, MN (serving the Twin Cities area) to lead design-build commercial projects from bid to close. This established and highly respected HVAC contractor is known for long-term employee retention, strong leadership, and a loyal client base in the light commercial market—including dental offices, restaurants, and retail spaces—offering you the opportunity to grow with a company that truly values performance and commitment.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Manager position include:

4–7 years of HVAC industry experience; manage design-build HVAC projects from bid through permits to project closeout
HVAC technical education (2-year HVAC program or 4-year Engineering degree preferred); develop system designs and tailored HVAC solutions for light commercial facilities
Proven HVAC sales or technical sales experience; prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted vertical markets
Strong project management background; oversee multiple projects simultaneously from design through installation
Experience working with architects and general contractors; coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Knowledge of pre-sales processes including needs assessment and proposal development; prepare cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans
Excellent communication skills; maintain clear updates with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
