What You'll Actually Do
You'll meet homeowners, assess their HVAC needs, and guide them to the right solution. This isn't pushy sales-it's consultative, with a clear path to helping customers make confident decisions.
You'll:
- Run in-home sales appointments
- Build rapport quickly and earn trust
- Diagnose comfort and system issues
- Present clear options and help close the sale
- Coordinate with install teams to ensure smooth execution
