Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding HVAC Sales Representative to join our team!

Compensation: $80-175k per year based on experience

What We're Looking For:

The mission of the HVAC Comfort Advisor is to achieve profitable revenue by becoming an expert of theirmarket and assisting the customers with excellence.

Responsibilities:

● Create great options to help customers find solutions to their air conditioning needs● Keep install teams busy by meeting individual self generated sales goals● Invest time on personal growth and learn from mistakes● Work as a team through collaboration to achieve department revenue goals● Complete accurate and detailed paperwork on every call● Enjoy yourself

Skills, Abilities, & Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Two or more years in the HVAC industry required

Other Requirements: Valid and current driver's license. Clear driving and background records; insurable by company's insurance carriers.
