💰 Compensation

  • Training Pay (4–6 weeks): $20–$25 per hour

  • After Training: Performance-based pay (commission structure)

  • Annual Earning Potential: $75,000 – $250,000+

Position: HVAC Sales Technician

Purpose:

To provide exceptional HVAC service while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards.

Expectations:

  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.

  • Perform full system maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

  • Handle refrigerants and complete part replacements.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed.

  • Communicate effectively with customers about system conditions and recommendations.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Engage in continuous education and training opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 24 years or older.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Clear a background check.

  • Hold an EPA Universal certification.

  • OSHA 10 certification for new construction.

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.
