Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to join our team. The HVAC Sales Technician will be responsible for generating new sales leads, evaluating customer HVAC needs, providing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent

- 5+ years experience- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license and clean driving recordResponsibilities:- Generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling- Evaluate customer HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to customers- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulationsAdditional Requirements:- Willingness to travel to customer locations- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment- Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs- HVAC certification a plus
