💵 $16–$20/hour + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities
Present recommendations and solutions that best fit customer needs and budgets
Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers
What You Bring to the Table
Sales-minded attitude with the ability to build trust and educate customers
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
