We are hiring an HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will be providing excellent customer service and running call for service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.

Position: HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs & Commission

Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm

Essential Job Duties:

Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Performing scheduled annual maintenance
Run on-demand service calls
Servicing generators and tankless water heaters
Working with refrigerant, heat pumps, furnaces, mini splits, AC etc.
Consulting customers on repairs and indoor air quality needs
Providing excellent customer service
Daily use of ServiceTitan

Skills and Qualifications:

1 + years of HVAC service experience
Annual maintenance experience
EPA universal Certification
Able to consult on customer complaints and make repair and support customers with repair & replacement decisions
Able to handle system startup and adjustments
NATE Certification desired - we offer training
Experience with zoning systems, and servicing generators and tankless hot water heaters is a plus!
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
