What You'll Do

As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring residential and light commercial HVAC systems operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing residential preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, components, and electrical controls
• Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
• Maintaining company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Accurately documenting service calls and completed work
• Educating customers and addressing questions or concerns professionally
• Delivering outstanding customer service on every call

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to excellence.

• 3+ Years of HVAC experience
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support fellow technicians
• Ability to work overtime when needed to meet customer needs
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
