Customer ServicePay: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour + SpiffsSchedule: Monday
Friday | 7:30am
4:00pm What You Will Be Doing: Answering incoming calls

Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules

Dispatching technicians to service calls

Communicating with homeowners and service techs

Scheduling annual maintenance

Documenting equipment warranties and rebates

Data entry and filing

Maintaining maintenance contract database

Maintain customer database with current information in Field Edge - our CRMClear and concise communications with the department managers, employees, and company customers.What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of customer service and scheduling experienceHVAC or similar industry experience ideal - not required

Advanced customer service skillsCRM database experience

Field Edge or Service Titan experience desired

Organizational skills

Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

High school diploma or its equivalent

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
