About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Dispatcher to join our office team! This role is critical to keeping operations efficient and profitable. You will be responsible for assigning calls strategically, monitoring technician progress throughout the day, and adjusting schedules in real time to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $22.00 to $27.00 an hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours/weekend responsibilities during peak times (this is an in office role)

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch HVAC service and installation calls based on priority, skill set, and location
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules in real time
- Track job progress and maintain clear communication with field teams
- Maximize efficiency by reducing drive time and downtime
- Coordinate with service managers regarding call assignments and workload
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch software/CRM
- Manage emergency calls and schedule changes professionally and quickly
- Support daily revenue goals through strategic scheduling
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in dispatching, HVAC or home services strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (professional phone etiquette is required)
- Ability to think quickly and solve scheduling challenges
- Excellent communication skills when coordinating with technicians
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Tech-savvy and experienced with service management software
- Calm under pressure and highly detail-oriented
