Job Description
Seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Installation Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Gorham, ME.
Pay: $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience)Provided: Company vehicle, HVAC tools/equipment, gas card, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE.Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Life and disability insurance, and 401(k)Responsibilities:
- Maintain troubleshoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems
- Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
- Follow and comply with the rules and regulations of section 608 of the clean air act and occupational safety regulations mandated by federal, state and local governments.
- Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by the company.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
- Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
Qualifications:
- State of Maine Gas license.
- EPA 608 Universal required
- Commercial HVAC systems experience.
- Must have a clean driving record.
