What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and develop HVAC service technicians
- Drive performance: revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure technicians provide honest assessments and clear options
- Ride along, coach, and improve technician performance
- Help build and maintain a strong, team-first culture
- Manage scheduling, call quality, and service KPIs

- Strong HVAC service background + leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop technicians
