🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead & Grow the Service Department
Manage day-to-day HVAC service operations while driving revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
✔ Build a High-Performing Team
Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
✔ Drive Sales & Customer Retention
Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and service growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
✔ Oversee Operations & Performance
Monitor KPIs, technician performance, scheduling efficiency, and departmental profitability to ensure operational success.
✔ Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
Ensure every customer receives professional, timely, and high-quality service that reflects the AD Air Conditioning standard.
✔ Develop Long-Term Growth Strategies
Help shape the company's future through strategic planning, process improvements, and scalable operational systems.
🔹 What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years of HVAC service management or leadership experience✔ Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems✔ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams✔ Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, and operational performance✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills✔ Strong understanding of customer service and sales-driven service operations✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
