True Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily service operations at our growing company in Westminster, CO. This role is designed for an experienced professional who excels at managing people, processes, and performance. Pay: We offer our HVAC Service Operations Manager a competitive salary of $80,000–$200,000 per year, based on experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least five years of HVAC field experience is preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

7+ years of HVAC management experience
Experience managing operations for a $5M+ HVAC business

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR HVAC SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.

In this role, you'll oversee daily HVAC service operations, manage teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent service delivery. You'll address challenges as they arise, improve workflows, and maintain operational standards while supporting company growth.
