Job Details

Qualifications -

• Minimum 7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service technician experience
• Universal EPA certification
• Strong working knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration analysis, and oil analysis
• Demonstrated leadership or lead technician experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• HVAC trade school certificate or diploma preferred

Responsibilities -

• Provide technical leadership and job site oversight for commercial service operations
• Manage equipment, materials, tools, staffing, and costs to ensure efficient field execution
• Review job documentation prior to work starting and ensure technicians understand scope
• Coordinate schedules with dispatch to meet service timelines and customer commitments
• Respond to customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Communicate system and service information clearly to customers of varying technical knowledge
• Train and mentor service technicians, apprentices, and interns
• Support technician development, safety training, and performance improvement
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive morale
• Audit technician performance and recommend personnel actions as needed
