Job Description
HVAC Service TechnicianPay: $25$35/hr (based on experience)Were looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You'll also guide customers toward smart decisions on repairs, replacements, financing, and maintenance plans.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HVAC service calls (diagnostics, repairs, maintenance).
- Educate customers on system issues, replacement options, and financing.
- Maintain clean job sites and a well-stocked service vehicle.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing training.
- Mentor apprentices as needed.
- Ensure timely, accurate paperwork and invoices.
- HVAC experience and knowledge of local codes.
- Valid drivers license with clean record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, and use hand tools.
- Desire to grow and improve as a technician.
