Job Description
HVAC Service Technician – Full Time
UBH Heating & Cooling
UBH Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and skilled technician with a strong background in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, repairs, and system maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, boilers, condensers, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and central AC systems
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform seasonal maintenance and service calls
- Communicate repair options clearly with homeowners
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
- Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
