Job Overview/Duties:- Conduct diagnostic and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment- Perform precision tune-ups and preventative maintenance of both A/C and furnace systems up to 15 tons- Start-up and commissioning of both residential and light commercial heat pumps, split systems, and packaged units- Ability to speak respectfully and professionally when interfacing with customersQualifications:- Proven experience conducting HVAC service technician work (2+ years required)- Ability to use a cell-phone to access our Field Management Software (ServiceTitan)- Ability to show up on time, in the right uniform, with a good attitude is required- Drivers License RequiredOther Benefits:- Quarterly commissions based on performance (parts and repairs, service memberships, 5 star google reviews etc.)- Opportunities for overtime with on-call service- Boot and tool allowance- Ability to drive company vehicle from home to and from jobs- Company fuel and gas card- Out of town per-diem allowance- Advanced training opportunities in VRF and other advanced HVAC technologyJob Type: Full-time
