You’ll work primarily on residential service calls while also completing planned maintenance and HVAC installations as needed. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and wants to grow with a busy home services company.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose heating and cooling system problems
- Complete HVAC repairs safely and efficiently
- Perform system maintenance and inspections
- Install residential HVAC equipment when needed
- Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Document completed work using company systems
- Represent the company with honesty and integrity
