HVAC Service Technician (Electrical/Controls Focus)
Location:Egg Harbor, NJ (reporting office at Ship Bottom) -- serving Long Beach Island (LBI), Ocean County & Monmouth County

Air Technical Services is a one-stop shop for home comfort, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, serving LBI plus Ocean & Monmouth County with 25+ years of service and installation experience. We're known for prompt, courteous service, transparent flat-rate pricing, and craftsmanship that's done right the first time.
We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong electrical/controls background to diagnose, repair, maintain, and support residential HVAC systems. You'll be the expert customers trust, delivering professional service, clear communication, and solutions that keep homes comfortable year-round.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical components (motors, controls, sensors)
- Perform system testing, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Install thermostats and HVAC control systems
- Read wiring diagrams and follow applicable electrical codes and best practices
- Represent AirTech's service pledge: prompt, courteous, "right the first time" workmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 or more years of HVAC experience required (electrical/controls emphasis)
- Ability to diagnose HVAC system issues and communicate recommendations clearly
- Comfort working in the field across Ocean/Monmouth/LBI service areas.
- Professional, customer-first attitude aligned with AirTech's quality standards
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- $28.00 - $45.00 an hour based on experience
- This is a field-based role reporting to our Ship Bottom, NJ office and serving LBI, Ocean County, and Monmouth County.
