Pay: $29.00 - 35.00 hourly, plus spiffs and commission

Position Summary: The residential HVAC service technician provides maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. This individual will also provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Required Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience in HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair within residential or commercial environments
Impeccable customer service skills
Ability to follow directions as given, both written and verbal
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Valid Driver's license with an insurable driving record
