Job Overview:

Apex Pros is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all equipment functions efficiently and meets safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC system inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Install new HVAC units and components as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions promptly.
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding service procedures and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Follow safety protocols and company standards during all service calls.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support company goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
